We expect you to

We expect you to have:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic Sciences, Business Management. Preferred with Master degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in academic research or any type of research (applied research)
  • Preferred experience in applied research, candidates who worked in market research organizations or survey studies, experience in consultancy or training companies
  • Practical experience in working in English is an advantage
  • Look for 1 to 3 years to have work experience in general

Your main responsibilities include


  • Researches given topics (domains or industries) using secondary review
  • Centralizes secondary research findings in a structured manner
  • Analysis and synthesis of secondary research outputs generated by himself/herself or by Research Assistants
  • Deploys primary research, uses primary research tools and methods (creates questionnaires for primary research studies, sampling techniques, interview guides for focus groups)
  • Analysis primary research data both quantitative (statistics) and qualitative
  • Identifies correlations and interdependencies between data/variables


  • Contributes with ideas for new publications and research reports
  • Contributes with improvement ideas for existing publications and reports
  • Creates content for publications and research reports
  • Writes articles and shares content on social media (Linkedin)



  • Documents KPIs on

  • Collects examples to upload internal repositories of examples (scorecards, dashboards, customer satisfaction surveys etc)
