A recently initiated research project is dedicated to applying management systems in personal life. The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS) is a global research organization that aims to establish Life Management Science as an integrative discipline by combining managerial science approaches with social sciences. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal management systems supported by a comprehensive scientific and practice-driven body of knowledge across 10 foundation domains. The ILMS initiative’s products are training, templates, toolkits, publications (articles and research reports), podcast content, and others.
Employment type: External Collaborator/Independent Contractor.
Starting date: To be discussed after an interview.
Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months probation period.
Working hours: Full-time work, Up to 40h/week.
Working schedule: During office hours: 08:00 – 16:30 or 09:00 – 17:30.
Location: Worldwide (Remote)
● Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, journalism, communications, PR, or a
related field;
● Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting or technical editing, preferably in
scientific writings;
● Excellent Writing and Editing Skills;
● Proficiency in proofreading techniques to identify and rectify typographical errors,
formatting issues, and factual inaccuracies;
● Deep understanding of brand voice, tone, and style guidelines and the ability to
ensure adherence to them;
● Ability to communicate questions or clarifications to other team members;
● Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams;
● Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues, such as identifying and
rectifying errors or inconsistencies in content;
● Remarkable ability in time management and prioritization;
● Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

● Enforce and maintain adherence to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across
all content;
● Collaborate closely with instructional designers to ensure seamless integration of
text and design;
● Conduct thorough proofreading to catch typographical errors, formatting issues,
and other inaccuracies;
● Write compelling and creative copy for a variety of course outputs;
● Review and edit copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and style
adherence;
● Ensure accuracy and consistency of information, including factual and
product-related details;
