We expect you to

• Hold a Master or Bachelor degree related to Business Management and economics
• Have 1 to 3 years’ experience as a management consultant is preferred
• Possess knowledge in performance management system, data analyst, customer service
• Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
• Are energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking and persistent;
• Have a creative thinking who thrives for continuous challenges and personal growth;
• Excel in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in other languages such as Hindi, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage)

Your main responsibilities include

Training and Consultation
• Develop and edit content for existing and future training courses;
• Facilitate workshops and training courses in both open and in-house format;
• Customize training and consultancy materials based on clients’ needs and requests;
• Design and implement Performance Management Systems across organizations;
Business Development
• Develop and maintain relationships among national and international companies with Connected Performance;
• Prospect for new clients by networking, market research, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients;
• Attend sales meetings with clients in order to present the company’s products and services, discuss business related issues and propose collaboration projects according to the clients’ needs;
