LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over
the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management
Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive
architecture.

No. of hours: 40h/week
Working schedule: During office hours: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Remote
● A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional
experience.
● Demonstrated experience as an Illustrator with a robust portfolio of past work.
● Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant
tools.
● Exceptional artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
● Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience with digital illustration; animation skills are a plus but not required.
● Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus but not required.
● Prior experience in a similar role within a creative agency or publishing house.
● Fluency in English.
● Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive is a plus but not required.
● Create original illustrations/vector-based artworks that align with project briefs and LMSL
standards.
● Create new ideas and brainstorm on it own and in a team.
● Collaborate with Art Directors to develop visual concepts.
● Prepare rough drafts, storyboards, and present ideas quickly.
● Refine illustrations/artworks based on feedback and ensure final illustrations meet quality
standards.
● Stay updated on industry trends and incroporate new techniques and art styles into the work.
● Meet project deadlines effectively and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
● Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
