Requirements
  • Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent English Proficiency: Must have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical Skills: Good at analyzing information and solving problems in a clear and straightforward manner.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both writing and speaking.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Capable of handling multiple tasks at once while paying attention to the details.
  • Professional Attitude: Maintains a positive and professional approach in the workplace.
  • Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: Exhibits a strong desire to learn and the ability to adapt to new challenges and changes in a dynamic business environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • In-Depth Research and Analysis: Engage in thorough research to gain understanding of our clients’ organizations, their industry, market trends, and competitors. 
  • Insightful Reporting: Transform your research findings into reports or presentations. 
  • Content Creation: Write articles on performance management topics. This not only showcases our consulting expertise but also enriches the broader community’s understanding of the field.
  • Resource Development: Design, refine, and adapt training and consulting materials to meet the specific needs of our clients’ industries and markets, ensuring they are both relevant and practical.
  • Consultancy Project Support: Contribute to consultancy projects by reviewing client documents, conducting online research, and developing workshop materials. 
  • Training and Webinars: Conduct or assist in both in-person and online training sessions and webinars. 
  • Workshop Facilitation: Participate in or lead workshops focused on implementing Performance Management Systems in client organizations, providing valuable hands-on experience.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Engage actively in networking and prospecting activities. Building strong relationships with organizations will be a key part of your role.
  • Identifying Sales Opportunities: Work collaboratively with our Consulting, Research, and Customer Engagement teams to identify potential sales opportunities and develop tailored proposals that precisely client needs.

 

Collaboration type: Full time work – external collaborator/independent contractor

Starting date: To be discussed after an interview

Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months’ probation period

No. of hours: Up to 40h/week

Working schedule: During office hours: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
