Job description

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive the marketing strategy for two of our institutes: the Institute for Skills and Learning (ISL) and TREFORIN. Our ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role, preferably from B2B background. Join our dynamic team and contribute to a diverse range of exciting projects that drive meaningful change in a fast-paced environment.

Employment type: Independent Contractor.
Starting date: To be discussed after an interview.
Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months probation period.
Working hours: Full-time work, Up to 40h/week.
Working schedule: During office hours: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00.
Location: Worldwide (Remote)

Requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a coordinated marketing strategy at the company level;
  • Develop and manage ISL and TREFORIN’s branding and messaging;
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels for ISL and TREFORIN;
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Provide content for the promotional materials: brochures and catalogues, and maintain them up to date;
  • Create specific product content (e.g. case studies, product webpage presentations, brochures) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world;
  • Conduct periodic competitive audits.
Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the ed-tech or professional services industry);
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage several projects and deadlines;
  • Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
  • Experience in working with a design team
